GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT REGISTRATION

1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the registration and cancellation process for the Technobell Maleic Anhydride Conference (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”), the protection of personal data, and event participation. The Event is organized by TECHNOBELL Ltd Koper, Ferrarska ulica 10, 6000 Koper, Slovenia (hereinafter “the Organizer”). These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of each registration submitted for the Event, regardless of the registration method (via website, written registration, or otherwise). By registering for the Event, the participant fully, irrevocably and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration Process
Registration for the Event is carried out exclusively via the online registration form available at: https://www.technobell.eu/news/maleic-anhydride-conference/

Required data for registration includes:

  • First and last name
  • Position/Job title
  • Company/organization name and address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country

3. Registration Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: marinela.veskovo@technobell.eu. Cancellations made via phone will not be accepted.

 4. Organizer Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Event content, date, or location,
  • Cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

Participants will be informed of any changes via e-mail, the website or another appropriate communication channel. The Organizer bears no liability for any damages or costs resulting from modifications or cancellations.

 5. Personal Data Protection

The Organizer is committed to the highest standards of personal data protection. All personal data submitted during registration will be processed by TECHNOBELL Ltd Koper as the Data Controller, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2).

Personal data will be used exclusively for:

  • Processing the registration and organizing the Event,
  • Communication with registered participants,
  • Administrative and logistical purposes related to the Event.

Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or necessary for the execution of the Event (e.g., hotel partners or IT service providers under strict data processing agreements).

Participants have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability of their personal data. Requests should be addressed to info@technobell.eu.

 6. Photography and Recordings

The Event may be photographed or recorded. Images and footage may be published on TECHNOBELL’s websites, social media or used in promotional materials. Participants may object to this by sending an email to marinela.veskovo@technobell.eu or expressing their objection at the Event venue.

 7. Final Provisions

The contents presented at the Event reflect solely the views of the presenters and not necessarily those of their organizations or the Organizer.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the Event website.
